Return Policy
Exchanges only!
You May Return:
1) Un-opened merchandise (eg. CD's, Video,DVD, cassette, and CD-ROM) within 15 days of reciept at your shipping cost.
2) Upon receipt of your returned merchandise we will place credit to your customer account only to be applied to your next order.
3) All merchandise must be returned with the original invoice and in the original condition in which Embracing Languages Inc. initially shipped it.
4) Please call us directly before returning merchandise so we can be of better service to assist you.
5) If you receive your shipment damaged it is the customer's responsibility to notify the driver of the damage and have it documented.
6) It is the customer's responsibility to verify items and quantities within 24 hours of receipt. Any errors, please call within 24 hours!!!! (905) 304-5137 or 1-866-686-1700
7) We are NOT responsible for any damages that may occur during transit of your item or items back to our warehouse.
8) We highly recommend that you purchase insurance before shipping back your items.
If we, www.embracinglanguages.com have incorrectly shipped an item which has NOT been ordered by you, as per your online order sheet, then please call us first via 905-304-5137 or toll free at 1-866-686-1700 ask for Mail Order Department, and then we will direct you with further instructions.
